They are institutions which, from their native areas, work in favor of protecting and holding up our province´s tradition flags. They aim at the organization of festivals and meetings such as: paseos gauchos (South American cowboy walks), folklore (popular dances), destrezas criollas (creole skills) and jineteadas (taming skill exhibitions), where man shows up his skills against rogue animals. Such events add to the rugged pampean plains, the gaucho´s cultural values, which are part of our own history, called PAMPA.
